We have developed a unique “Cold Forming” manufacturing process whereby nonferrous metal is shaped in a standard stamping press operation. The raw material is displaced (formed) in one stamping type tool, without preheating, to form final desired shape. This process provides a much superior and durable product than conventional die casting processes. Cold Forming is ideal for computer and electronic products that require heat transfer or cooling.
